Psalms of Protection and Deliverance

Psalms of Protection and Deliverance

The book of Psalms is the place to turn when our hearts become fearful and we are in need of protection and deliverance. Here you will find psalms of protection and deliverance, which celebrate God’s love and the assurance that Sovereign God, the Blessed Controller of All Things, is in charge of the universe from the beginning of time until He chooses that time should end.

But let all who take refuge in You be glad, Let them ever sing for joy; And may You shelter them, That those who love Your name may exult in You. For it is You who blesses the righteous man, O LORD, You surround him with favor as with a shield.  –Psalm 5:11

  1. My favourite is Psalm 91:10 No harm shall befall you and no disaster shall come near your tent. I pray it everyday. Have you ever read the Psalm 91 book by Peggy Joyce Ruth? She has studied every word of it and written an amazing book about praying it over yourself including testimonies of people who have and the crazy situations God has delivered them from. I have interviewed her on my blog.

    • I’ve not read the Psalm 91 book, but I’ll look for it. Thank you for stopping by and for taking the time to leave this comment. I’ll visit your blog soon. Looking forward to it!
